The Duke and Duchess of Sussex travel to Balmoral Castle to visit Prince Harry’s grandmother
Buckingham Palace released a statement over lunch on Sept. 8 to update the nation on the health of the 96-year-old monarch.
It reads: “Following further evaluation this morning, the Queen’s doctors are concerned about Her Majesty’s health and have recommended that she remain under medical supervision.
“The Queen remains comfortable and in Balmoral.”
Since then, all of the Queen’s children have made their way to Balmoral, where she rests.
Princess Anne was already with her mother at the time of the statement and Prince Charles flew into Balmoral in a helicopter, while Prince Andrew and Prince Edward flew to Scotland to be with their mother.
Prince William, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are all on their way to Scotland.
Harry and Meghan were supposed to attend a WellChild charity event in London tonight but have canceled their plans.
A Sussex spokesperson said: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will travel to Scotland.”

Until today’s events, it was reported that Harry and Meghan had no plans to see The Queen on their trip to the UK.
The duo were in England on a philanthropic trip planning to visit several charities they work with.
They did not bring their children Archie or Lilibet to the UK.
